2. Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Services include live music performances (solo, duet, trio, full band)
Performance duration, setlist, and artist count will be as mutually agreed
Any additional time or services will be charged separately

2. Payments

Advance payment is mandatory to block the date
Remaining balance must be paid before or on the event day, prior to performance
Payments are accepted via UPI or bank transfer only

3. Event Requirements

The client is responsible for:

Providing a safe performance environment
Ensuring access to stage, power supply, and basic amenities
Venue permissions and sound regulations

Any delay due to venue mismanagement may affect performance duration.

4. Sound & Technical

Sound system requirements will be discussed in advance
If provided by the client, sound quality issues are not our responsibility
Sound limits imposed by authorities or venues must be adhered to

5. The Band Company Rights

We reserve the right to refuse unsafe, abusive, or illegal environments
Consumption of alcohol by artists is at management discretion
Any form of harassment will result in immediate termination of performance without refund

6. Branding & Media Usage

The Band Company may record photos/videos during performances
Such content may be used for marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing

7. Delays & Overtime

Performance start delays caused by the client will not extend end time
Overtime is subject to artist availability and additional charges

8. Liability Limitation

We are not responsible for audience behavior, venue issues, or third-party failures
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India
Any disputes shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction

3. Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after receiving the agreed advance payment
Verbal or WhatsApp confirmations without payment do not block dates

2. Client-Initiated Cancellation

If the client cancels the event:

More than 15 days before the event: Advance amount is non-refundable but adjustable for a future date within 3 months (subject to availability)
7–15 days before the event: 50% of the total booking amount is chargeable
Less than 7 days before the event: 100% of the booking amount is chargeable

3. Company-Initiated Cancellation

If The Band Company cancels due to unavoidable circumstances (artist illness, force majeure, emergencies):

Full refund of the amount received OR
Alternative artist/band of similar value (subject to client approval)

4. Force Majeure

No party shall be liable for cancellations due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Venue shutdowns
Riots, strikes, or acts of God

At The Band Company, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

1. Information We Collect

Personal details provided during inquiry/booking (Name, Phone Number, Email, Event Date).
Event-related details (Venue, Guest Count, Type of Event).

2. Use of Information

To process bookings and provide requested services.
To communicate important updates regarding your event.
To share promotional offers (only if opted in).

3. Data Protection

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
Data is shared only with internal teams/artists strictly for event coordination.
